Starting with a clear perspective on strategy, the municipality of Pudtol started the year with a two-day Management Committee (ManCom) Commitment Setting for the 2026 Annual Investment Program targets on January 5-6, 2026 at the ECBJR Clubhouse. The activity was an avenue to strategically position departmental goals in line with the administration’s broader vision. By launching this planning phase on the very first working days of the year, the municipality signaled its commitment to proactive governance and timely public service delivery.
The executive sessions were filled with substantial deliberation and a common vision of attaining sustainable development. Discussions were led by Municipal Mayor Atty. Edmar D. Pascua, focusing on accountability and foresight in governance. Municipal Officials, Department and Section Heads considered current achievements and plotted future needs. Each sector-from infrastructure to social services and economic development-was accounted for in the roadmap of the 2026 fiscal year.
During the two-day session, department heads presented their tactical plans with targets designed to be ambitious yet achievable. Guided by Atty. Pascua, the committee focused on streamlining processes and making the best use of resources to serve the community. This early step undertaken by the municipality helps it keep ahead of deadlines and stay on course with regard to progress.
